Looking for a clinic that values your expertise and helps you grow? A leading outpatient orthopedic clinic in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team. Whether you're an experienced PT or a new grad looking for mentorship, this role offers everything you need to succeed.
Location: Burlingame, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 per year + Full Benefits
Job Duties:
- Provide one-on-one patient care in an outpatient setting (1–2 patients per hour)
- Develop tailored rehabilitation programs
- Maintain detailed documentation in an EMR system
- Work with physicians and specialists to optimize patient outcomes
- Guide patients on injury prevention and recovery techniques
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active California PT license (or ability to obtain one)
- Clinical reasoning skills to adjust treatments as needed
- Ability to build strong patient relationships
