Physical Therapist (PT) – Orthopedic Outpatient
Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Corvallis, Oregon
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Oregon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, guiding them through personalized therapy plans to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and improve overall function.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.

Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventative strategies.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with clinic standards.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

Licensure: Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon.

Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.

Experience: 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply).

Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, rehabilitation protocols, and patient assessment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
