Location: New Windsor, New York
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Performing comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.

Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, post-treatment care, and wellness strategies.

Collaborating with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Staying current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting (new graduates with clinical rotations in orthopedics are welcome to apply).

Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional movement assessments.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
