Full-Time Physical Therapist – Strong Team, Excellent Benefits

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a well-supported, multidisciplinary orthopedic outpatient clinic in Millstone, NJ. Position Details: Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year

Core Responsibilities:

• Treat three patients per hour, primarily adults aged 40-65 with orthopedic conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a mix of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with MDs, OTs, DCs, NPs, and PAs to ensure comprehensive, team-based care.
• Document patient progress using CureMD EMR with accuracy and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active NJ PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required—new graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills to engage patients effectively.
