Location: Aspen, Colorado
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

This role offers the chance to work in a mixed practice setting (Major Medical, Workers’ Compensation, No-Fault, and Liens) and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver rehabilitative care to a diverse patient population. In this role, you will provide personalized care through thorough evaluations and hands-on therapy, helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Provide personalized patient care using various therapy techniques.

Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations.

Instruct PTAs, family members, and other caregivers on proper therapy techniques.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Staying current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.
License/Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting (new graduates with clinical rotations in orthopedics are welcome to apply).

Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional movement assessments.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
