Location: Pueblo, Colorado
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized patient care using various therapy techniques.

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

  • Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations.

  • Instruct PTAs, family members, and other caregivers on proper therapy techniques.

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

  • Staying current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.

License/Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting (new graduates with clinical rotations in orthopedics are welcome to apply).

  • Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional movement assessments.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
