Physical Therapist (PT) – Orthopedic Outpatient

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Herndon, Virginia

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Are you a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) seeking an opportunity to specialize in orthopedic outpatient care? Our clinic in Virginia is looking for a PT to join our team. Help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and regain strength through personalized therapy programs and evidence-based treatments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore function and reduce pain.

  • Implement rehabilitation programs for post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic orthopedic conditions.

  • Educate patients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and self-management strategies.

  • Collaborate with physicians, orthopedic specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress reports, and patient outcomes in compliance with clinic standards.

Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Current Virginia PT license in good standing.

  • Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred.

  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
