Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Chantilly, Virginia
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and regain strength through personalized therapy programs and evidence-based treatments.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore function and reduce pain.

Implement rehabilitation programs for post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic orthopedic conditions.

Educate patients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and self-management strategies.

Collaborate with physicians, orthopedic specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress reports, and patient outcomes in compliance with clinic standards.
Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications:

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current Virginia PT license in good standing.

Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred.

Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.

Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
