We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Oregon. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. You will utilize cutting-edge techniques and modalities to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Oregon. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. You will utilize cutting-edge techniques and modalities to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
What You’ll Do:
- Perform detailed musculoskeletal evaluations to assess patients’ strength, range of motion, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs and recovery goals.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, and myofascial release.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and neuromuscular re-education to restore mobility and prevent re-injury.
- Provide post-surgical rehabilitation for joint replacements, ligament repairs, and other orthopedic procedures.
- Incorporate therapeutic modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation, dry needling) as part of evidence-based interventions.
- Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, biomechanics, and home exercise programs to support long-term recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, progress reports, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and clinic guidelines.
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Oregon PT license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise programs, and functional movement assessments.
- Experience with post-operative rehabilitation protocols for orthopedic surgeries.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
