Location: Santa Rosa, California
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

We provide comprehensive care, guidance, and support for a wide variety of needs, including short-term, complex, and chronic conditions. The Physical Therapists work in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team to provide excellent outcomes and increased independence for our patients and their families. Physical Therapists specialize in aiding patients who have physical and/or developmental challenges by examining and evaluating data to identify problems and determine a patient's level of function.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess the patient’s physical abilities, range of motion, and functional limitations
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on improving mobility and strength, and reducing pain
  • Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education
  • Utilize modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy as appropriate
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic standards and regulations

License/Qualifications:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting (new graduates with clinical rotations in orthopedics are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional movement assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
