Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist – Orthopedic
Location: Kent, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits
Position Overview:
We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for providing skilled physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. With our one-on-one treatment model, you will never be double booked, allowing you to provide quality care while building lasting relationships with your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate residents' physical capabilities and identify therapy goals.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, reduce pain, and prevent further decline.

Provide hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.

Educate residents and caregivers on safe mobility techniques and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with facility regulations.
Minimum Requirements:

Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapy program (B.S., M.S., D.P.T. or certificate in Physical Therapy). Training and Experience

Prefer at least 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist with work experience in acute care, skilled nursing, and/or outpatient environments.

A minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as a registered physical therapist is preferred.

Must be able to provide care for people in a variety of settings, including outpatient and acute care.

Knowledge of, and adherence to, the Physical Therapy Practice Act for the state of Washington, and the Code of Ethics of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Washington required.

Current BLS HCP verification.
