Now Hiring: Physical Therapist – Little Lake, Michigan

A Full-Time Physical Therapist is needed to provide exceptional patient care in a well-established Orthopedic Outpatient practice. This position offers a balanced and collaborative environment where professionals can thrive while making a meaningful difference in patients’ recovery.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Patient Load: 7 per day (35 per week)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and create individualized treatment plans to promote recovery.
  • Perform hands-on therapy to improve movement, function, and overall well-being.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises to continue rehabilitation at home.
  • Partner with a diverse healthcare team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain thorough records of treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapy license in Michigan.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting (new grads considered).
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (WebPT preferred).
  • Strong ethical standards and dedication to quality patient care.
  • A clean and active license.
