Now Hiring! Physical Therapist – Orthopedic
Location: Henderson, Nevada
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits
Position Overview:
We provide comprehensive care, guidance, and support for a wide variety of needs, including short-term, complex, and chronic conditions. The Physical Therapists work in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team to provide excellent outcomes and increased independence for our patients and their families. Physical Therapists specialize in aiding patients who have physical and/or developmental challenges by examining and evaluating data to identify problems and determine a patient's level of function.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess the patient’s physical abilities, range of motion, and functional limitations

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on improving mobility and strength, and reducing pain

Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education

Utilize modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy as appropriate

Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers to optimize patient outcomes

Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic standards and regulations
License/Qualifications:
-
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting (new graduates with clinical rotations in orthopedics are welcome to apply).

Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional movement assessments.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
