Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Your Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, treating, and rehabilitating patients with orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized, results-driven care.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and functional evaluations to determine patients' physical capabilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
  • Set measurable, outcome-driven objectives to track progress effectively
  • Administer manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization, myofascial release, and soft tissue manipulation
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
  • Staying current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting (new graduates with clinical rotations in orthopedics are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional movement assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
