Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist – Orthopedic
Location: Roanoke, Virginia
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits
Position Overview:
We are looking for a physical therapist who has an immediate opening in Virginia. We go above and beyond for our employees, providing the necessary support and resources to ensure their success, including continuing education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
A Physical Therapist (PT) will implement treatment programs to assist patients with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social/emotional disabilities or delays by planning and administering physical therapy services in the community.
Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient (On-site)
Patient Volume: 1-2 Patients per hour

What You Will Do:
- Provides quality patient care, including screening and evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment plans of care and discharge plans, supervision of assistants and Rehab Techs, and case management responsibilities
- Maintains professional conduct that represents Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality and service in all interactions with clients, including positive levels of interaction and rapport with facilities and clients
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist with the State of Virginia is required
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required
- Ability to operate PT equipment safely and perform basic functional evaluations is required.
- Ability to relate in a professional manner to patients, physicians, the public, and other health care providers while demonstrating excellent customer service is required.
