Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

As a growing outpatient clinic, we are looking for a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team and help patients return to their active lifestyles.

Your Role:

As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain. You will play a critical role in enhancing patients' functional abilities and promoting long-term wellness.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's orthopedic condition.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve patients' mobility and strength.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
• Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure compliance with clinic protocols and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient education initiatives and community outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid California State Physical Therapist License.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinic management software is an advantage.
