Location: Grass Valley, California
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Your Role:
As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain. You will play a critical role in enhancing patients' functional abilities and promoting long-term wellness.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's orthopedic condition.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve patients' mobility and strength.
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
- Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure compliance with clinic protocols and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in patient education initiatives and community outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid California State Physical Therapist License.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinic management software is an advantage.
