Physical Therapist | Orthopedic Focus | Consistent Weekday Schedule

A well-supported orthopedic outpatient practice in Monroe, NY is expanding its team and hiring a Physical Therapist. If you enjoy meaningful patient relationships and a consistent weekday schedule, this could be a great fit.

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 + full benefits
Patient Volume: 6–7 patients daily

Key Duties:

• Perform evaluations and re-assessments to guide care
• Use hands-on therapy and movement-based techniques to restore function
• Provide education that supports long-term patient success
• Adjust care plans as needed and maintain documentation
• Communicate effectively with staff and patients to ensure smooth care delivery

Qualifications:

• Active New York PT license
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• Outpatient ortho experience preferred, but not essential
