Physical Therapist – Move with Purpose in Outpatient Ortho

A modern orthopedic clinic in Marlboro, NJ is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist who’s ready to work hands-on and help patients regain strength and function. This role offers stability, support, and a schedule that leaves your weekends free.

Position Overview:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 annually
• Patient Volume: 3 patients per hour

Your Role:

• Conduct physical assessments and design targeted care plans
• Deliver manual therapy techniques and guide patients through rehab exercises
• Track outcomes and update treatment based on progress
• Maintain clear notes in the EMR (WebPT experience is a plus)

Requirements:

• DPT or MPT from an accredited institution
• Current NJ PT license
• At least two years of clinical practice
• EMR fluency and strong communication skills
