Full-Time Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

You'll be part of a clinic that brings together MDs, PTs, OTs, DCs, NPs, and PAs—creating a well-rounded and supportive care environment. The patient population primarily consists of motivated adults aged 40–65, and you'll enjoy a steady pace of 3 patients per hour.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 annually, based on experience

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Use manual therapy techniques to help reduce pain and restore functional movement.
• Lead patients through customized exercise programs focused on strength, mobility, and recovery.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress.

Qualifications:

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• Active NJ Physical Therapy license
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems (WebPT experience a plus)
