Physical Therapist | Outpatient Ortho

Join a well-established outpatient orthopedic practice in Spotswood, NJ where collaboration isn’t just a buzzword—it’s how we work every day.

This full-time role places you in a multidisciplinary team alongside physicians, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Adult patients (ages 40–65) are treated in a calm and steady-paced setting—3 patients per hour—allowing you to focus on meaningful, individualized care.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 per year

Your Role:

• Evaluate patients and build customized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy to improve function and mobility
• Guide progressive strength and movement programs
• Adapt care plans based on clinical outcomes and patient input

Qualifications:

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• New Jersey PT license (active)
• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar EMR software
