Location: Troy, New York
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 + benefits

We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing team and help patients move better, faster, and with confidence.

Who are we looking for?

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State (required)
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
  • Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or active populations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented
  • CPR/BLS certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehab settings
  • Certification or interest in manual therapy, SFMA, McKenzie, Graston, dry needling, etc.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and efficient documentation
  • Experience working with athletes, weekend warriors, or active older adults

What you will do:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Implement therapy sessions using a blend of manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercises
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, movement strategies, and long-term wellness
  • Monitor progress, document care using our EMR system, and adjust treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, other rehab professionals, and fitness staff
  • Support clinic-wide initiatives and share ideas for innovation and improvement
