Location: Schenectady , New York
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 + benefits

Who are we looking for?
- Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or active populations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients
- Self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented
- CPR/BLS certified (or willing to obtain)
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehab settings
- Certification or interest in manual therapy, SFMA, McKenzie, Graston, dry needling, etc.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and efficient documentation
- Experience working with athletes, weekend warriors, or active older adults

What you will do:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Implement therapy sessions using a blend of manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercises
- Educate patients on injury prevention, movement strategies, and long-term wellness
- Monitor progress, document care using our EMR system, and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with referring physicians, other rehab professionals, and fitness staff
- Support clinic-wide initiatives and share ideas for innovation and improvement
