Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics: Needed Urgent!

Location: Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 per year + benefits

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour

Job Duties:

  • Evaluate and diagnose orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
  • Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and other interventions
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
  • Accurately document patient care in our EMR system
  • Collaborate with referring providers and other clinicians for coordinated care

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT)
  • Valid NJ Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
  • Passion for helping others achieve their highest functional potential
  • Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports therapy
  • Interest in professional development, mentorship, or leadership roles
