Physical Therapist Opportunity – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

Role Summary
A leading Orthopedic Outpatient clinic in Alpine, NJ is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist. This role emphasizes personalized care, including performing patient assessments, implementing targeted therapy plans, and utilizing manual therapy methods to enhance recovery outcomes.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $100,000–$120,000 annually
Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical health and develop actionable treatment strategies.
• Facilitate therapeutic exercises to boost strength and flexibility.
• Provide manual therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Regularly reassess patient progress and update care plans.
• Maintain accurate records using EMR tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques.
• Proficient in EMR systems, such as WebPT.
