Physical Therapist Opportunity – Full-Time
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Waldwick, NJ. This position involves providing hands-on care to patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, focusing on individualized treatment strategies to restore mobility and independence.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annually, with full benefits included
Patient Load: 2 patients per hour

Role Overview:

• Assess patients thoroughly to identify physical limitations and develop effective care strategies.
• Design and execute therapy plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
• Manage conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular challenges.
• Apply techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education to facilitate progress.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate) from an accredited school.
• Active Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.
• Two or more years of clinical experience.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and EMR systems (WebPT preferred).
