Full-Time Physical Therapist Opportunity

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work in Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Bonita Springs, FL. In this role, you’ll evaluate movement dysfunctions, create personalized treatment plans, and provide interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop targeted treatment strategies.
• Accurately document patient care and billing following clinic guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
• Meet clinical productivity benchmarks while staying updated on the latest practices.
• Participate in team meetings, in-service training, and program development efforts.
• Ensure a safe clinical environment and assist in maintaining therapy equipment.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in Florida (or eligibility).
• Team-oriented approach with a passion for high-quality patient care.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR is a plus.
