Hiring: Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Setting

About the Role:
Join our team in Fort Myers, FL, as a licensed Physical Therapist at Orthopedic Outpatient Office. Help patients achieve their goals by providing expert evaluations, customized treatments, and evidence-based care.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation Range:
$90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and billing activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Uphold clinical productivity standards and stay informed about current best practices.
• Contribute to staff development, quality initiatives, and program enhancements.
• Maintain a safe and well-equipped therapy environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in Florida (or eligibility).
• Strong commitment to patient-focused care in a collaborative setting.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR is an advantage.
