Now Hiring: Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

Location: Arlington , Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

We’re currently hiring a Physical Therapist to support our growing orthopedic caseload. Our clinic is known for delivering top-tier, personalized care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Work Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

Patient Volume: 1-2 Patients per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform detailed patient evaluations and develop custom care plans focused on orthopedic recovery
  • Treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical rehab, acute injuries, and chronic pain
  • Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and evidence-based interventions
  • Guide and educate patients throughout their recovery journey—at the clinic and with home programs
  • Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Maintain clear, concise documentation using our modern EMR system
  • Stay up to date on the latest techniques and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree: Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • License: Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas (or eligible)
  • Experience: 0–2+ years in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for patient care and commitment to evidence-based practices
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Board Certification (e.g., OCS) or advanced specialty training (manual therapy, dry needling, etc.)
  • Experience with athletes, return-to-sport rehab, or performance enhancement programs
