Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient (Full-Time)

An opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to join a dynamic Orthopedic Outpatient team in Lee's Summit, MO. This position focuses on delivering personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation to help patients regain mobility and function.

Schedule Options:

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• (4) 10-hour shifts: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (No weekends)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Patient Volume:

• 1–2 patients per hour

Key Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create tailored treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to enhance movement and reduce pain
• Maintain detailed patient records and collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Ensure a positive patient experience through high-quality, individualized care

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Missouri PT license or eligibility for licensure
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
• WebPT EMR experience is a plus
