Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Scheduling Available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, including medical history, physical assessment, and diagnosis of orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and goals.
  • Implement hands-on therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, joint mobilization, and therapeutic exercise.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, posture correction, ergonomic strategies, and home exercise programs.
  • Track patient progress through objective measures, updating treatment plans as necessary.
  • Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers to ensure a collaborative, holistic approach to patient care.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and modalities to enhance recovery and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Keep up to date with the latest research, treatment methods, and best practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Attend regular team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities to stay aligned with clinic goals and enhance professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Valid California Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain licensure in California).
  • Strong background in orthopedic physical therapy and manual therapy techniques.
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience using physical therapy software for patient scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
  • Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS).
  • Prior experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings or sports rehabilitation.
