Physical Therapist – Drive Patient Progress in a Supportive Team Environment

Location: Rockville, MD
Hours: M–F, 9 AM – 5 PM
Pay Range: $90K–$120K annually + full benefits
Environment: Outpatient ortho clinic

Role Overview:
This full-time position offers the chance to work with patients one-on-one, focusing on long-term functional gains. With a low patient volume, you’ll have time to deliver quality care without burnout.

Duties Include:

• Initial evaluations and goal setting
• Implementing evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitoring outcomes and modifying care accordingly
• Communicating clearly with patients and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• PT degree from an accredited program
• Maryland PT license in good standing
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
