Now Hiring: Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic
Location: Monroe, Connecticut
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $110,000 to $120,000 + benefits
Patient Volume: 1-2 Patients per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on care that restores movement, reduces pain, and builds confidence in patients of all ages.
- Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and celebrate milestones with your patients.
- Work closely with referring physicians and the wider care team to ensure integrated, whole-person care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on at-home exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate or Master’s) from an accredited PT program.
- A valid Coonecticut Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain it before your start date).
- A patient-first mindset and a strong sense of empathy.
- Team-player attitude with strong communication skills.
- Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehab is a plus—but not required.
