Full-Time PT (Orthopedic) – Structured Schedule, Real Results

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength and mobility in our outpatient orthopedic setting located in Montvale, NJ. This is a well-paced, full-time opportunity with a manageable caseload and clear structure.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $105,000 annually
Patient Volume: 1–2 patients/hour

Core Functions:

• Complete evaluations and implement care plans
• Address musculoskeletal and mobility conditions
• Apply evidence-based treatment strategies
• Educate and guide patients toward recovery goals

Required Credentials:

• PT degree (Master’s or Doctorate)
• New Jersey license
• At least 2 years of clinical practice
• EMR use familiarity (especially WebPT)
