Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist who thrives in a collaborative, supportive, and evidence-based setting. Our clinic is committed to delivering exceptional rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population—from athletes to post-surgical patients—across a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.

Job Duties:

  • Provide personalized, one-on-one physical therapy care with an emphasis on functional outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, patients, and fellow clinicians to ensure optimal patient progress
  • Utilize advanced techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to our clinic’s mission of clinical excellence

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible for Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Virginia
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for orthopedic rehab, manual therapy, and active patient engagement
  • Board certification in Orthopedics (OCS) is a plus, but not required
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply – mentorship programs are available!
