Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic (Vancouver, Washington)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Who are we looking for?

  • Graduate of an accredited DPT program
  • Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in Washington State
  • Strong interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy

What will you do?

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, from acute injuries to post-op rehab and chronic pain
  • Deliver hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and return-to-function strategies
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries with clarity and precision
  • Collaborate with referring providers, orthopedic surgeons, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in staff meetings, clinical in-services, and mentorship initiatives
