Location: Miami, Florida

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation:$90,000-$100,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries.
  • Work one-on-one with patients to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including orthopedic surgeons, referring providers, and fellow rehab professionals.
  • Document treatments and patient progress in our user-friendly EMR system.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical education, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
  • Active Florida PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong foundation in orthopedic clinical skills and a willingness to grow
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to make a difference
  • Interest in ongoing education, professional development, and specialization (e.g., manual therapy certification, dry needling, sports rehab)
