Ideal Candidate Profile:

Are you a Physical Therapist who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered outpatient setting? Do you love helping people move better, feel better, and return to doing the things they love? If so, we’d love to meet you.

We’re a growing network of orthopedic outpatient clinics across Florida, and we’re looking for a skilled, compassionate, and motivated PT to join our dynamic clinical team. You’ll work with a diverse caseload—primarily orthopedic and post-surgical—using your hands-on skills, clinical knowledge, and creativity to change lives every day.

Job Duties:

  • Evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver one-on-one, patient-focused care with a mix of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other providers to ensure seamless care
  • Track patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Educate and empower patients to take control of their recovery
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation using our EMR system
  • Option to participate in community events, workshops, or sports team outreach

Candidate Profile:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida (or eligible for licensure)
  • Strong orthopedic clinical skills and a passion for helping others
  • Excellent communicator with a team-player mindset
  • Motivated, energetic, and ready to grow—new grads encouraged to apply!
  • Interest in specialty training or certifications (manual therapy, dry needling, etc.) is a plus

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus monthly productivity incentives
  • Flexible scheduling with 4-day work weeks available
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Generous CME allowance and paid CME days
  • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
  • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays
  • Relocation assistance (for select candidates)
  • Professional development and leadership pathways
