Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient

An excellent opportunity awaits a Licensed Physical Therapist to join an Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Marco Island, FL. This role involves evaluating movement dysfunctions, designing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $90,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience, plus a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop targeted treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Stay current with best practices and meet clinical productivity goals.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license (or eligibility).
• Strong teamwork mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Experience with WebPT EMR is a plus.
