Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient

About the Role:

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Licensed Physical Therapist to join an Orthopedic Outpatient office in Estero, FL. This role focuses on helping patients regain mobility and function through expert evaluations, tailored treatment plans, and evidence-based interventions.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $90,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience, plus a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises.
• Accurately document patient care and billing per clinic standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and well-equipped therapy environment.
• Stay up to date with best practices and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license (or eligibility).
• Patient-centered approach with strong teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR is a plus.
