Physical Therapist – Full-Time Position

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to work in our Orthopedic Outpatient facility in Milliken, CO. This position involves providing direct care to patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, with an emphasis on creating individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits
Patient Load: 2 patients per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify physical impairments and formulate treatment strategies.
• Develop personalized therapy plans based on patient-specific needs.
• Treat various conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular challenges.
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate healing.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.

Qualifications Needed:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Colorado Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and EMR systems (preferably WebPT).
