This full-time Physical Therapist position is based in a respected outpatient orthopedic office in Ishpeming, Michigan. It’s a role built for someone ready to engage in quality care without the pressure of high patient turnover.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Caseload: 1 patient per hour
Annual Salary: $90,000–$110,000
Role Highlights:
- Create individualized treatment plans through comprehensive evaluations
- Apply therapeutic techniques to restore physical function
- Educate patients and families on self-care strategies and progress expectations
- Collaborate with clinical staff to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain precise records using EMR (WebPT experience is a plus)
Ideal Background:
- Licensed PT in Michigan
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy
- Clinical experience preferred, but new grads will be considered
- Skilled in manual therapy and patient education
- Strong communication and documentation habits
