This full-time Physical Therapist position in a Norway, Michigan outpatient orthopedic setting is a fit for professionals seeking structure, support, and real patient progress. With a balanced caseload and a collaborative environment, it’s a space to do your best work.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Caseload: One patient per hour
Earnings: $90,000–$110,000/year
What You'll Handle:
- Evaluate patients and create custom therapy programs
- Guide patients through exercises and physical interventions
- Communicate treatment plans clearly with patients and families
- Partner with clinical staff on care strategies
- Maintain detailed EMR notes (WebPT experience ideal)
Requirements:
- Michigan PT license
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Manual therapy skillset
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
- Prior outpatient experience preferred, but not required
