Physical Therapist – Focused Orthopedic Role with Steady Hours

Join our reputable outpatient orthopedic clinic in Yelm, WA, as a Physical Therapist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment that emphasizes a high standard of care. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and utilize advanced therapy techniques to help patients recover from orthopedic conditions. This is a full-time position offering a structured Monday to Friday schedule, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually

Core Duties:

• Conduct orthopedic evaluations and build evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to promote strength, function, and range of motion.
• Monitor outcomes and revise interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and support staff for cohesive care.

Your Background:

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate)
• Washington PT license (active)
• EMR experience preferred (WebPT a plus)
• Knowledge of post-surgical rehab and orthopedic protocols
