Full-Time Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Specialist

Our clinic in Lacey, WA, is looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in delivering high-quality outpatient orthopedic care. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating customized rehabilitation plans, and providing hands-on therapy to ensure recovery goals are met. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient. This position offers consistent weekday hours, allowing you to grow professionally in a stable and supportive setting

Hours: Monday through Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
Annual Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

Position Snapshot:

• Perform orthopedic assessments and craft rehab strategies tailored to patient needs.
• Provide individualized care using manual techniques and functional exercises.
• Track patient improvement and make timely adjustments.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external healthcare teams.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Licensed PT in Washington
• Advanced degree in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT)
• Ortho experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable with clinical documentation tools like WebPT
