Job Title: Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic (Washington)

Location: Spokane, Washington

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation:$90,000-$100,000 per year + benefits

We are looking for a dynamic, skilled, and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team and contribute to the excellence of care we provide in our orthopedic outpatient setting. Job Duties:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate resident mobility, pain levels, strength, and functionality.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with residents’ goals and physicians’ recommendations.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing injury.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, and wellness staff to create interdisciplinary care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare and state regulatory standards.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused environment that respects and enhances the dignity of our seniors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid Washington State Physical Therapy License, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred but not required. New graduates with a passion for orthopedic rehabilitation are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in evaluating and treating musculoskeletal injuries.
• Strong manual therapy skills and knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for patient education and team collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
