Job Title: Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Join Our Leading Team in Boulder City, Nevada!
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Job Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you listen as much as you speak
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and commitment to ongoing learning
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or a related field. Experience in treating post-surgical orthopedic patients is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal injuries or conditions, including orthopedic surgical cases, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs based on evidence-based practices to meet the needs and goals of each patient.
  • Utilize a wide range of advanced therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation), and functional training.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management strategies, and proper body mechanics to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.
  • Work closely with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve desired functional outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
