Join Our Team as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist – Florida

Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a passionate, licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic, collaborative team. You’ll work one-on-one with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat orthopedic conditions using evidence-based therapies and innovative techniques.

Job Duties:

  • Perform thorough orthopedic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement progressive manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and modality
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term health maintenance
  • Document treatment progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in clinical mentorship programs and continuing education courses

Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida (or eligible for licensure)
  • Graduate of an accredited DPT or MPT program
  • Preferably holds or working toward OCS certification (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist)
  • Passionate about orthopedic rehabilitation and delivering evidence-based care
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to an evolving clinical practice
