Job Title: Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Wood Ridge, New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing orthopedic team. If you thrive in a high-energy, patient-focused environment and are passionate about helping people move better and live better, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-operative rehab, and chronic pain
  • Design and implement individualized therapy programs using advanced manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
  • Track patient progress, document results, and refine treatments to optimize recovery
  • Empower patients with tools and knowledge for injury prevention, home exercises, and long-term wellness
  • Educate residents, families, and facility staff on exercises, care strategies, and wellness techniques.
  • Work closely with physical therapy assistants, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and report any changes in the patient's condition to the physician and family.

Qualifications:

  • Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license (required)
  • Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
  • 1+ years in outpatient orthopedics preferred (new grads with strong clinical experience encouraged to apply)
  • Strong clinical knowledge, empathetic communication, adaptability, and teamwork
  • CPR and First Aid certified (preferred). Additional certifications in geriatrics or neurological rehabilitation (a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for travel to patients’ homes).
