Physical Therapist – Ortho Clinic Role with Purpose

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys building treatment plans from the ground up. This orthopedic-focused outpatient setting in Johnstown, CO gives you the tools and team to deliver high-quality therapy without the rush.

Position Format:

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary Range: $90K–$110K plus full benefits

Your Core Duties:

• Evaluate patients and design rehab programs around individual goals
• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust as needed
• Offer direction to PTAs and ensure state compliance
• Maintain thorough records within EMR (WebPT preferred)

Qualifications Needed:

• PT license in Colorado (or in process)
• DPT or equivalent academic background
• Focused, organized, and ready to lead sessions independently
