We're Hiring: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: El Dorado Hills, California

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on care with a focus on functional outcomes
• Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients on wellness, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with referring providers, PTAs, and other clinicians for optimal care delivery
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely documentation using our EMR system

Qualifications:

• Active California Physical Therapist License (Required)
• Degree from an accredited PT program (DPT or MPT accepted)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for patient care
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists alike.
